Returns:
If you’d like to return an item, a written request needs to be submitted to us within 14 days of purchase at tarunagsethi@gmail.com clearly stating your Order Number and why you wish to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We reserve the right to accept a return.

Refunds (if applicable) :
We reserve the right to approve a refund request. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund upon inspecting the items that have been shipped to us.

Refunds will be remitted to you electronically within 14 business days of a refund request being approved.

Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)

Sale items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you are shipping an item over INR2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
